I've had this program for a while, but haven't played around with it until recently. When i finally got this working, my mind was blown. I never wanna watch porn in any other way ever again.
This program is kind of like a codec pack with some extra features. What you do is play your videos with the supplied Media Player Classic. (which everyone should already have, if you don't you're a fucking idiot.)
The little SVP Manager sort of does its thing and now you've got super smooth video.
The yellow circle with the play button in the middle of it is the SVP manager, Double click it and get a window like this:
If necessary, change the target frame rate to double source frame rate. This should help with any audio syncing issues.

Make sure to uninstall any previous codec packs and make sure to install everything included in the SVP installer.
